Senator Tim Kelly, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that               
the Community and Regional Affairs Committee referral be waived                
on SENATE BILL NO. 284 An Act relating to misrepresentation                    
and false claims made against the state or a municipality; and                 
providing for an effective date. Without objection, the bill was               
referred to the Judiciary Committee.
